A dining room gets judged in the first ten seconds, in the entry, on the glass, and in the restroom. We clean front of house between service periods so the room is ready before your first cover walks in.
Front of house, on your schedule
Restaurant cleaning is the front-of-house work that decides what a guest thinks before they taste anything: the entry and its glass, the floors under and around tables, banquettes and chair legs, service stations, and the restrooms. It is judged constantly, by every guest, on every shift.
The hard part is not the cleaning, it is the window. A restaurant is occupied through the parts of the day when cleaning is easiest, and empty at the hours when nobody wants to be there. Work has to fit into a pre-open block, a gap between lunch and dinner, or a post-close visit, and it has to be finished inside that window every time.
Apple Valley Cleaning works front of house around your kitchen team. We take the dining room, entry, glass, restrooms and public floors on a schedule that fits your service periods. Kitchen line, prep areas, cooking equipment, hoods and grease systems stay with your staff and your specialist contractors.
Working inside a service window
The schedule is agreed before anything else, because in a restaurant a clean that runs late is worse than a clean that was never booked.
We set a fixed window against your service pattern: before open, during a mid-afternoon lull, or after close. The crew arrives with what the job needs so no time is lost fetching equipment, and the room is handed back at an agreed time rather than whenever the work happens to finish.
Order inside the room matters. Tables, seating and service stations first, then the detail that builds up where cleaning stops short: chair and table legs, banquette bases and seams, booth gaps, baseboards, and the door glass everyone touches on the way in. Floors go last, edges and under-table areas included.
Restrooms get their own structured pass every visit, because in a restaurant a poor restroom carries an implication about the kitchen that no amount of dining-room polish undoes.
Door glass, frames, handles and the entry floor. The first surface every guest touches and the one that shows every fingerprint.
Under tables, along banquette bases and into corners, not just the open middle of the room where a mop reaches easily.
Chair legs and rungs, table bases, booth seams and banquette gaps, where crumbs and spill residue collect out of sight.
Fixtures, touchpoints, mirrors, floors and consumables, handled to a fixed standard rather than a quick refresh.
The room is returned at the agreed time. Your opening does not wait on us, and neither does your staff briefing.
Different rooms, different windows
A breakfast cafe and a dinner-only restaurant have opposite quiet hours, so the schedule has to be built around the operation rather than our convenience.
Common Apple Valley arrangements:
Periodic work like dining-room carpet extraction or hard-floor scrubbing is scheduled separately, usually on a closed day, so it never eats into a service window.
How restaurant cleaning is priced
Front-of-house restaurant cleaning in Apple Valley commonly runs about $150 to $400 per visit for a small to mid-size dining room, which works out to roughly $600 to $3,500 per month depending on how many nights a week you need. Larger rooms and seven-day schedules sit at the upper end.
Price follows dining-room size and seat count, restroom count, how many visits a week, floor type, and how tight the service window is. A room that has to be finished in ninety minutes needs more staff than the same room with a relaxed overnight window, and that shows in the quote.
We look at the dining room, entry and restrooms, then agree the exact block of time the work has to fit inside.
Front of house is ours, kitchen and cooking equipment stay with your team. Written down, so nobody assumes the other covered it.
Same tasks, same order, same handback time, so your managers can plan around it rather than check on it.
We adjust frequency where the room needs more and pull back where it does not, then hold the standard.
Before you book
No. We work front of house: dining room, entry, glass, public floors and restrooms. Kitchen line, prep surfaces, cooking equipment, hoods and grease exhaust systems stay with your staff and your specialist hood contractor. That boundary is written into the scope so nothing is assumed by either side.
It is possible for restrooms and entry touchpoints, and some restaurants do want a mid-service restroom check. Full dining-room work needs the room clear, so it belongs in a pre-open, between-service or post-close window.
That is the failure mode this schedule is designed to prevent, which is why we agree a handback time rather than a start time. If a room genuinely needs more than the window allows, we tell you before we start so you can extend the window or reduce the scope, rather than discovering it at open.
Public-side bar floors and the guest-facing bar front, yes. Behind the bar, where there is equipment, glassware, speed rails and product, is usually handled by your team, because it involves moving things only your staff should move. We will define it explicitly during the walk-through.
Yes, as a separate one-time project with its own scope and price. It is a different job to a service visit and takes considerably longer, so it is scheduled on a closed day rather than squeezed into a normal window.
No, and you should be cautious of any cleaning company that does. We clean front-of-house surfaces to an agreed standard. Food safety, health-code compliance and kitchen sanitation remain the responsibility of your operation and your licensed staff.
Fixed window, clear boundary
Tell us your seat count, your service pattern and the window you can give us. We will walk the room, agree exactly where our work stops and your kitchen team's begins, and quote a schedule that hands the room back on time.
